When sites have a mixture of a user's native language and others, it's hard to know what has been translated at a glance (e.g. comments). Using the mouse to hover over text is tedious in that context.

Allow an option for a user to tick off to highlight text that has been translated on a page. Could be yellow, blue or w/e else.
