Love this extension but hate the Audio

I dont know if the devs will see this but can someone please add control of the Spoken translation or give me a way besides disabling the whole thing to mute the audio cause i put the volume at the lowest 0.1 and could still hear the Google Drone. Plus no tabs were playing audio so i just have multiple Spoken translations speaking in echo nonstop because there is not an option for the voice to be turned off. like WTH
