Description

A common issue noticed both by me and others is, that the randomizer for the food and drink vends SUCKS. You often end up getting all food vends and no drink vends, all drink vends and no food vends, or only choco and coffee machine vends (especially the first due to bias because of inclusion of multiples of the same machine in different colors in that randomizer, with the unfortunate thing that the main doer of this are the chocovends, so making getting food for non-humans sometimes pretty aggravating due to very frequent spawns of those machines).

Food and drink specific randomizers exist, but seem to not be used lots, and plus, still suffer from bad RNG bias.

So an idea could be, to maybe do away with those randomizers (aside for wrecks, expeds and such), and simply place static spawns for such vends, so to ensure a more balanced distribution.
Would also greatly help giving better character to some areas (gym vend near fighting rings, gamer drink and maybe the noodle machine near places like library or arcade, gib and donuts near Sec for funnies, coffee and donut/choco inside some depts for that office feel, etc.).
And would also help in the future when there might be a better temperature system so to have say in maps like Glacier more vends for hot food and drinks, or in hot maps more vends for cold food and drinks.
