RadStation Changes - Tweak: do something about Disposals having a singular exit airlock access-locked to logistics (and fix the horrible conveyor belt design)

Description

Person asking this proposes to move disposals elsewhere, but if you can find an alternative (such as, somehow connect it to the nearest maints), that could work too.

Also, personal ask: please fix that conveyor belt setup that disposals has, it's terrible, especially if you decide to replace the super inefficient grinder with the material recycler.
