Enabling Send MultiSync Packets checkbox and red C appeares #2135

FPP Version and Hardware:
Example: FPP 8.4 running on Pi 3+

Describe the bug and Steps to reproduce:
Navigate to Multisync Page
Click Send MultiSync Packets checkbox

The following appears on the screen. (the Red C)

A refresh removes it, but it should never appear.

It might be the spinning icon, (loading) but it's not working as expected.

This should also mark fppd as needing restart as that is required to take effect.
