Scheduler preview show non-existent scheduled items

Describe the bug and Steps to reproduce:

1. Create schedule
2. Click on preview
3. Note that there is a 4pm to 4pm schedule entry that does not exist
4. Note that there is 1 Jan entry that does not exist

Expected behavior:
Schedule preview to match schedule as configured.

Additional context:
Behavior is present on 3 devices, 2 x K4 and 1 x K16, all running same version of FPP.

Front, there is no 1 Jan schedule, info says 12/1 to 12/30, 1/1 is not in that scope:

Why are all your year values set to 0000?

To repeat, i.e. ignore year or month or day, same effect as 0, but entered via date selector.

@ptr727 can you please provide a copy of your schedule.json and model-overlays.json files to aid in replicating this issue?

model-overlays.json is only present on the two devices that are seasonally used for xLights.

My docker instance is on latest that is master, the 4pm item appears there.
