Logos UI slow when on a 4k screen

When I use Logos on a resolution of 3840x2160 the UI gets really laggy, but when I use a lower resolution like 1920x1080 it works fine.
For the record I use a HP Spectre with a GeForce GTX 1650, Intel i7-9750H and 16 gb ram so the hardware is not the issue, more like the UI isn't configured for a 4k screen at least on my computer.

Could you upload your support zip file to our telegram/matrix group or here so we can investigate further?

I'm curious if Logos is using your dedicated GPU or not (the support package may help us figure that out)

Doesn't look like it's using your integrated graphics not your GTX 1650. You may need to change your default video card. I'm not an expert when it comes to dedicated GPUs on Linux maybe @thw26 could help you?

Okey, I will look into that, but the strange thing is that my fastfetch tells me that the GTX is my GPU1.

@SirCallePacman Can you verify if Nvidia modesetting is enabled?

I think I got the right terminal command going. I used lsmod | grep nvidia to check my drivers. Hope this worked to check the modesetting. Otherwise I will need some help to understand this and how to check again and enable it.

An update:
I have checked into the links that you gave me thw26, but it's to much "greek" for me, I don't understand what I am reading.

Any how have I tried right clicked the Logos app and forced it to use the discrete gpu without success. I have also tried update the Nvidia driver without sucess. I have set my computer in High performance mode, without success.

On the otherhand I installed Winetricks and tried to change the GPU there, but I got error message 53 and it aborted my command.

I will have to use a lower resolution for now I guess.

Anyhow, I was woundering if there is a way for me to edit the glxinfo.out files to force ou dedetai to use my Nvidia GPU?

as I have the same issues on a new build on openSUSE Tumbleweed and Nvidia RTX 5070Ti, maybe this can help.
Try to run oudedetai from console using the TUI and change the renderer from GDI to GL under "Wine Config".
Now the interface flickers here an there, but I can write text without any noticable delay. With the GDI setting, the lag after each keyboard entry was always a few letters behind.
The overall responsiveness has improved a lot, almost like the native app on my Mac.
