This is a part of my thesis, but also Raja wants ARGOS to be up to date with the currently circulating pathogens. The deck will have a slide each month showing what I have found and their numbers and assemblies and if I was able to compute them or not.

Question to ask Raja later (Github is not loading the tags), should the circulating genomes I find and QC be added to the "_HIVE3" tables? Or should it become its own table?

The deck has been created here. @rajamazumder There were some viruses I found that were not added to the deck, because I:

  1. Could not find any assemblies or SRA for the pathogen
  2. We already had it present in the argosdb
    I will continue to update the document as I go.
