Christie - results figures for the ARGOS QC Paper

I am creating a panel figure for the ARGOS QC Paper according to notes and insights from Raja. I will continue to update this ticket with this information.

As of a week ago I have created a panel figure using observable. Here is the link: https://observablehq.com/d/c83004c8b55ef0c3. I need to verify that the team can actually see it.

It is not ready yet, because the data I am using is very small in comparison to the number of actual organisms we will have. I have essentially created the figure but will update the data when we have it. This way it is all "done" and just needs to be updated with the newer data.

Forgot to update. Last week I uploaded all of the latest data I had to the figures and also did a data push of all of the latest results. There is currently a blocker in HIVE3 so this was a good check point. There is still not enough data for a final figure, but there is way more data than last time. Slide decks are here
