Action Performed:

Precondition: Create a workspace

  1. Navigate to https://staging.new.expensify.com/
  2. Go to "Workspace" setting
  3. Enable taxes and tag
  4. Make changes in the tags, categories taxes etc (eg. add/remove/edit values)
  5. Navigate to #admin room
  6. Send a message
  7. Repeat steps 2 to 4

Expected Result:

When the user makes changes in workspace settings, a new system message should immediately appear in the #admin room at first time.

Actual Result:

The first time the user edits or adds tags, categories, or rates, no system message appears in the #admin room. Only after the user sends a manual message in the room, subsequent workspace changes start generating system messages correctly.
