Fix dupe waypoints error is shown when selecting random waypoints while offline

Explanation of Change

We compare the waypoints coordinate to check for dupe waypoints, but when offline, we can enter random waypoints which doesn't have coordinate and we default it to 0, so the coordinates between random waypoints are the same.
