Action Performed:

1. Go to a tracked expense or create one
2. click on submit to someone and select a workspace with more than one report
3. In the submission flow change the report from the default one to anyother from the list
4. Observe Expense disappears

Expected Result:

expense should be created

Actual Result:

Expense dissappears
