Action Performed:

1. Sign-in on this build
2. Click Settings > Preferences > Languages > French
3. Go to the Concierge DM
4. Observe the room welcome message

Expected Result:

There should be a space there in Ce chat est avec Concierge. Posez des questions et obtenez un support en temps réel 24h/24 et 7j/7.

Actual Result:

It seems like we're struggling with spacing sentences in various places.

Note: We think this might be down to the file splitting up phrases, which we're addressing here.

Space problem in french translation in conceirge

What is the root cause of that problem?

refactor related with #62808 stop spliting phrase

What changes do you think we should make in order to solve the problem?

Update the space in translation file, and refactor that translation usage using existing RenderHTML
