In #66 I went off on a tangent about the performance of the sparse diagonalizer with respect to the number of eigensolutions requested.

There should at least be a setting in the config file that corresponds to search_solutions in negative.py.

Low priority because I seldom do fully automated runs of rsp2 with the sparse solver.
