Getting Null values when Reading xlsb file #664

I am getting null values for few cells when reading xlsb files . I am using v3.7.0 latest pre-release version and .net 6.
However this is not random, coming on same column but i have not found anything different in particulr column.

Do you have a sample .xlsb file that can be used to reproduce it?
