Adjust file names and directory structure (#7)
* Change log directory names * Shorten log file name * Shorten file name * Remove obsolete qstat output sorting * Directly compress qstat log files * Do tar.gz on uncompressed logs instead * Clean up existing log cycle file structure * Delete as now obsolete * Add tar.gz functionality and run all cells * Remove as now obsolete * Choose more informative file name * Define longer output period Co-authored-by: Katharina Höflich <37177103+kathoef@users.noreply.github.com>
