Perhaps better as a plugin ( see Plugins for the server script #1 )
$ server create
- Ask info (id, sessionid)
- For info that can be deduced automatically keeps the default
- Creates the directory structure
- Registers the new server (and updates the config)
- At the end ask whether to start the server
- If the user says No, ask whether they want to edit the config ( use $TEXT_EDITOR )
