Installation methods?

Are there any installation methods for Ubuntu/Debian that would work through the CLI?
I tried the package mentioned in the README (https://packagecloud.io/eugeny/tabby/install#bash), but after it finishes running, and I try installing with apt install tabby, it cannot find the package.
Am I missing something, or is it possibly broken?
Are there other ways to install besides downloading the .deb file or the .AppImage file?
