Not displaying correctly on iPhone - Safari and Chrome

We are using the new Nearby template that is bundled in ArcGIS Online

This works as expected on Desktop browsers, but we have had a number of users reporting that the app does not render on their smartphones.

We have replicated on an iPhone 8 using both Safari and Chrome browser apps.

I can't reproduce this issue on my phone (IPhone 11) and I tested on an iPhone 8 using a simulator and was also unable to reproduce. If you have access to a phone where you can reproduce can you try it in incognito mode to see if that works? Or clear the cache and try again?

Apologies - Incognito does indeed fix it on my iPhone 8/Chrome.
However, had two other users reporting the same issue. Let me check in with them today and report back before end of the week.
