Support Alphasense CO2 Sensor

The Alphasense IRC-A1 Nondispersive Infrared (NDIR) Carbon Dioxide (CO2) sensor is a low cost and accurate sensor for CO2 and has substantial potential to be used for greenhouse gas (GHG) monitoring within the EnviroDIY ecosystem.

It is being used by students at Minnesota State University, Mankato, for a soil GHG profiling device for regenerative agriculture research. Their designs and code are at https://github.com/bellahenkel/Soil-Sensing-Device.

Preliminary work has been completed, as reflected in:

• Add Alphasense CO2 Sensors; Redirect ADS1X15 dependency to Adafruit #457
