In the v0.0.11 release, we are excited to bring you the following features within cohort creation:-

• Enable cohort creation for the following omixatlas : ['tcga', 'cbioportal', 'depmap', 'gdc', 'immport', 'lincs', 'cptac'], where .gct files are stored and 1 dataset correspond to 1 sample.
• Ability to merge dataset, sample, feature, and data-matrix level metadata for all samples in the cohort.
• A rollback mechanism for cohort creation to improve error handling
