Tattoos

I would love to see options for tattoos, especially facial ones. These are traditional (but maybe not period-accurate) in several places in the default map:
Chin women of Burma/Myanmar
Beta Israel of East Africa
Amizgah/Berbers of North/East Africa article
Volga Rus men according to Ibn Fadlan in a green color from "head to toe"
Use of Henna is widespread but more often ceremonial and not as often on the face.

I already did extensive testing about it and this cannot be done the way I wan't (Barbershop customizable) du to engine limitation. But the suggestion can remain.
