TPESS extract file - Missing fields #203

The current TPESS extract file is missing the elements below which means every time these change, the Data Import files have to be updated with hardcoded values.
If we want a template that can be reused every term without changes to the template itself, we need to somehow provide data import with this data.
These are the different elements I am currently hard-coding into the template:
- EdOrgId
- EvaluationPeriod
- Term
- SchoolYear
- ActualDate
