Jira Description

Add a modal dialog with a spinner image when a page indicates a long running task.

Example: When the Profile page is loading, a spinner dialog should appear to indicate the task is underway and disappear when the task has completed.

Nice to have: Implement application wide so when a timer reaches 500 milliseconds the spinner is displayed.

If the effort is too large, allow a page to indicate a process has started that requires the spinner to appear. This should be a triggered event for pages/tasks that are known to take time.
