Jira Description

When the directory component is displayed, both option for the view layout are selected.

Default the selection to List.

When List is selected, Card is "off"

When Card is selected, List is "off"

The card layout feature has been disabled since the data did not fit properly in the card. Lower priority and in the backlog.
