Should we just keep copies of all the TC-53 ECMA artifacts here?

Disregard my comment about all TC-53 artifacts. I propose simply adding a notes directory here, with subdirectories for each meeting. Those can contain notes and agendas.

With the group's ok, I'll go and migrate our existing Google docs to markdown and set up that directory.
