Content templates, personas RSQKit structure #16

We need to define this with the help of the editorial board.

Content templates should help structure the pages. For example, a template may have a summary oriented at the amount of time you are supposed to spend in the page. The more complete a template is, the easier it will be to contribute to RSQkit
Personas should help state who is the content aimed at.
