We want to cite COR in at least one paper from the Semantic Harmonization cluster.

Is there a current preference? Potential follow up, are there any issues with adding a CITATION.cff file? Zenodo would also be an option if a DOI is desirable.

Adding a CITATION.cff would be good! @graybeal : if you agree, could you put together an initial PR for that purpose?
