How to get data？

Hello, I'm a novice in genomics. I'm reproducing some of the results in your paper, but when I run your code, the compiler prompts for missing data. Can you tell me how to solve it? Thank you!

Thank you for your reply! I want to run build_ eukarya_ Db.py this file, but an error will be reported:FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'E:/workplace/orthology analysis/local data/data_set/eukarya_proteomes_metadata.tsv'. I didn't find this part of data in the project, or did I run the files in the wrong order.

Thank you for the additional information. I see. For this part of the pipeline, I need to provide you with a lot of additional data that unfortunately cannot be shared via github. Can I contact you via the email address that is on your GitHub page so that we can discuss this matter further? Also, I can more easily share this data with you then.
Thank you for pointing this out also, I now found some hardcoded paths in the code there. I will adjust this. I hope in the future to provide this additional data via another website.
