Blubbedev.net is no more

It appears that Leif's domain name has lapsed and somebody else has bought it. This broke some links in the front-page README.md file, including the link to ECX. I've uploaded it as a release here on GitHub to at least allow the build instructions to work.

Now that recent versions of E-VO can build it, I've removed the references to TestEC from the front page as well. Its link was also broken.
