Extract Property to Json

What did you expect to see?

Similar Memory usage as 2022
dwg Data Size: 107MB, 1,200 Objects, over 10,000 properties (1-3 property sets per 1 object)

before execute: 3,300MB
after execute: 4,000MB

Dynamo Core 2.12.0.5650
Dynamo Civil 3D 2.12.0.1339

What did you see instead?

Memory usage increased on executing
before execute: 3,800MB (no problem)
after execute: 14,400MB (problem)

What packages or external references (if any) were used?

Nothing

I found out which part of workflow causes memory exhaution.
