Spike: Start SRD and SDD #9
Description
As a web server programmer, I want to start my documentation so that I have a clear idea of what my web server must do, how it will be developed, and what is implemented.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Create SRD and SDD in my Docs.
- SRD must at least contain the Introduction about the problem, purpose, and reading tips. It should loosely follow a simplified RFC-like format per increment.
- SDD must at least contain the introduction about the project context and purpose. The revision table, diagrams, and other descriptions will be updated per increment.
