Console을 이용해 입/출력을 수행하는 애플리케이션 제작

기본 Monitoring Usecase는 다음과 같은 Process로 진행된다.

STEP 1: 접속정보 설정파일 선택
STEP 2: 선택된 접속정보 설정파일 Load
STEP 3: 접속정보 설정파일 내, 모니터링여부 설정파일 찾기 및 LOAD
STEP 4: 설정파일의 접속정보를 읽어 DB,Server 객체 생성 및 출력
STEP 5: 모니터링여부 설정 읽기
STEP 6: 모니터링 수행
