Steps to reproduce

Firefox 134.0.2 (set as default browser)
Infinity 7.4.1

  1. Open Infinity for Reddit;
  2. Tap 'Add an account';
  3. User Agreement appears -> Agree;
  4. Use bottom right button for login -> login page opens;
  5. Enter username and password -> Login;
  6. Promt: 'App would like to connect with your Reddit account' -> Accept;
  7. goto 6

Example post, link, markdown...

Infinity app appears in the list on https://www.reddit.com/prefs/apps/ at step 6 as intended.

Turning 'Enhanced tracking protection' off in Firefox doesn't help.

I set Firefox setting 'Open links in app' to 'Ask before opening' to take a screenshot of the redirect link:

I also tried Firefox 135.0 without success.
Some other browsers I tested:

  • Cromite - login doesn't work.
  • Chrome - login works.
  • Brave - login works.

Expected behaviour

Signing in via Firefox should work.

Current behaviour

Signing in via Firefox doesn't work.

Having the same issue. When getting to the login screen and typing my account credentials I see "Something went wrong logging in. Please try again." as a banner error or "Server error. Try again later."

Account credentials are correct. When pushing the "->]" button in the bottom right to use an external chromium based browser I'm shown the normal authentication flow and oauth acceptance page for my user account.
