Upvote swipe action no longer working on comments when "swipe to post" enabled, beyond 7.4.0

After upgrading to 7.4.0

Steps to reproduce

1. Upgrade to 7.4.0 or later
2. Enable swipe action to vote
3. Enable swipe between posts
4. Try to swipe to upvote a comment under a post from the home feed or a subreddit

No response

Expected behaviour

Being able to action swipe on comments but also still having the option to swipe between posts in a subreddit by dragging the post's content (the original behaviour before 7.4.0.)

Current behaviour

With both toggles enabled, attempting to action swipe on a comment just swipes the entire post itself to the left or right

This is something that I've gotten quite used to (i.e, swiping to upvote, and then collapsing the comment to swipe to the next post in the home feed). Since I prefer to swipe horizontally between posts, I'm not a fan that I now have to pick between the two features I enjoy. The setup may have been a bit clunky, but it worked for me personally and I'm not sure if it being broken with the aforementioned was unintentional
