Add convenience function for writing geospatial tags

It would be nice to include a function that allows a user to add a projection and ground control points to tiff tags. This would make writing geospatial images much easier and more accessible. I found that KipCrossing/geotiff#25 discusses the possibility of leveraging this functionality when it is added. We would also use this function in large_image to write geospatial images with the Zarr sink.
