Refactor the main() example shown in the README.md into a series of Jupyter notebooks which illustrate steps for how to:

  • construct and navigate a graph using NetworkX
  • calculate the disparity metrics
  • apply quantiles for a dual iteration of edge and node cuts

Extra credit for showing how a Pareto front gets leveraged here.
