Metrics update not triggered after cloning a project

Current Behavior

When cloning a project, the newly created project lacks any metrics because the metrics update is not triggered.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Clone from a project that displays metrics.
2. The cloned project does not display any metrics.

Expected Behavior

Cloning a project should initiate a metrics update for the newly cloned project.
