I'm trying to get my artics 7 2019 properly configured but i cant find the way.I tried everything and as i read in the internet both models are very similar if you could help me will be awesome.l of course, can send you logs or what you need.

Sure. What OS are you running (Ubuntu? Mint?) and which version (18.04 probably?). Can you also show me the output of lsusb? And the contents of the file /lib/udev/rules.d/90-pulseaudio.rules?

Your system is already configured properly. The device id (1038:12ad) can be found in the lsusb output and is also in the pulseaudio udev config which makes sure that the right configuration is selected. It should be visible in the sound configuration panel of your desktop environment.

But the problem is that i can not select the "game" channel in stereo mode and i can only use the chat channel and its has a very low volume

Ps: I tried to fix the problem applying a patch that dint work and i reinstalled pulseaudio maybe thts why the file shows that but the device doesn't work properly

is just incorrect - 17cc:1010 has been verified to be correct at least

for some hardware).

ID 1038:12ad is for the 2018 refresh of the Arctis 7.

ID 1038:1294 is for Arctis Pro Wireless (which works with the Arctis 7

configuration).

Force enable speaker and internal mic for some laptops

This should only be necessary for kernels 3.3, 3.4 and 3.5 (as they are lacking the phantom jack kctls).
