If a gameclient crashes the server doesnt decrease the player count #100

When a player leaves the game in an uncommon way, e.g. a crash or shutdown. The server doesnt register the user te leave the game and thinks it still has the player in the game. The server should update the activeplayers.

Also seems to happen if a client "times out" or something.
