Dependencies indicated on the readme are outdated (compare README.md and dedukti.opam).

To avoid discrepancies between the two, I suggest to have README refer to the opam file.

I'd say that we can also not mention command line options in the readme, and refer to the manpage generated by cmdliner (which could be published).
