[BUG] Swept parameters are not loaded into the UI from config

Swept parameters are not loaded from config file into the ui, which forces the user to re-enter them every time they open the program, or overwrite with none accidentally.

Steps to reproduce:

Open the program

Load a config file with swept parameters

Expected result:

Swept parameters are loaded into the ui

Actual result:

Swept parameters are not loaded into the ui
