Add metrics for SAMPLING_EVENT datasets with occurrences #100

Some (most?) SAMPLING_EVENT datasets contain occurrences. Those could be analyzed and displayed as well, e.g. for http://www.gbif.org/dataset/5d784d06-fa1d-4f00-8cdc-663d04d26061

Downloads for such datasets could be shown too, but there is currently no download page yet (reported here: http://dev.gbif.org/issues/browse/PF-2530)
