Automatic CookieJar implementation covering all the more complex cases

I saw the documentation about using CookieJar:

This is a simple example, but it's not always that simple.

Here's an example of implementing CookieJar on fetch:
https://github.com/valeriangalliat/fetch-cookie/blob/master/src/index.ts
to show how many things there are and how complex it can be.

So my suggestion is to implement full automatic cookie handling support in this project or a module and extension project that covers it.
