Expected behavior

Chucked file upload mechanism, upload file size more than 1 MB

Actual behavior

Error when uploading file size more than 1 MB

Steps to reproduce the issue

Set Upload Mechanism attribute as Chunked, then try to upload a file with a size of more than 1 MB

APEX version (19.2)

Used web server / version and platform (Apache Tomcat/9.0.31)

Used web browser/version and platform (Chrome on Windows)
