Proposal: Rename Repository and Update Folder Structure

Hello maintainers,

I would like to propose two changes to help improve the overall organization and clarity of this repository:

1. Repository Renaming : The current name, "Hacktoberfest2024-Open-source-", could be made more descriptive. A name such as "PolyglotPlayground" or a similar variant might better reflect the repository’s purpose and attract new contributors.

2. Folder Structure Update : While the repository already categorizes many of the projects (e.g., by language), the structure could be refined further. Here’s a suggested approach:

   • Root Directory:Contain the README, LICENSE, and general information.
   • Subdirectories: Create folders for each programming language (e.g., C, C++, Python, Java, etc.) and move the respective projects into these folders.
   • Additional Resources: Consider adding a documentation folder if there are guides or contribution notes that could be centralized.

These changes can help streamline navigation and make it easier for beginners to find projects or examples in their language of choice. I’m happy to discuss this further or assist with a pull request that implements these suggestions.
