- Restructuring the existing code: reviewing, refactoring and optimizing the current code to improve maintainability (analysis and figures)
- Integrating the new cumulative threat score (https://www.facetsjournal.com/doi/10.1139/facets-2021-0063) into the project and update the code.
- Integrating new data for protected area.
- Re-running the analysis with for the Lake Erie.
