Describe the bug
Public/sample projects are visible to all as read-only. Currently, logged in as QA, I can see the project and the workflows but 403 error toasters are flying around.

Try opening this when not logged as an admin: https://app.staging.terarium.ai/projects/d4f92fa1-7a2c-4e75-aef1-64ba9eada609/overview
