apiInstance.GetTransaction(id) ->URL pointing to wrong path

GetTransaction should be pointing to https://apitest.cybersource.com/tss/v2/transactions/{id}.
Currently it's pointed to https://apitest.cybersource.com/payment/tss/v2/transactions/{id} and getting resource not found error.
