add logging for mods that try to add a recipe with something that doesn't exist

Describe the Suggestion

just add logging for the crash created by create trying to do something with a recipe involving an ingredient (item or liquid) that doesn't exist, make it so the crash report, player console log, and dev environments can see the log output so it's easier to point fingers at what mod is being naughty.
